Pre-Order Policy.

Standard Pre-Orders

The estimated waiting time is approximately 14–25 days after order and payment confirmation. Full payment is required before we place the order with our supplier.

Advance Pre-Orders

For releases more than two months away, a 50% deposit option may be available. The remaining balance is due when the item arrives in Thailand and must be paid before dispatch.

ETA & Delays

An ETA is an estimate supplied by the manufacturer or distributor only and is not guaranteed. It may move earlier or later, sometimes by around 1–2 months. Delays can occur because of suppliers, international shipping, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. We will share significant schedule updates when available.

Cancellations

Please contact us before an order is confirmed and placed with the supplier. Once the supplier order has been placed, the order cannot normally be cancelled. Significant delays may be reviewed according to the conditions of the individual item. If an Advance Pre-Order cancellation is allowed, the original preorder rights and price are forfeited. Any later purchase is treated as a new order based on availability and price at that time.

Order Updates

You may contact us to ask whether your item has left the supplier, is in transit, or has arrived in Thailand. Overseas tracking may become available around 3–5 days after the supplier order, but this is not guaranteed. It covers Supplier → Shane Das Toys, not direct-to-customer delivery. After the item reaches Thailand and has been checked, we provide Thailand Post EMS tracking for final delivery.

Manufacturing Variations

Our pre-order items are sourced directly from the USA. Minor paint variations, paint marks, or small finishing differences may occur during manufacturing and can vary between production batches. Individual pieces cannot be selected for a perfectly flawless finish, even when purchased from a US retailer. Returns or refunds are therefore not accepted solely for minor paint or finishing variations caused by manufacturing. We inspect every item before dispatch and provide photos so the customer can confirm that the item is correct and the box has no obvious issues.

Unavailable Items & Replacements

A paid item may occasionally become unavailable from the manufacturer or supplier. We will notify the customer by email and through Order Tracking. The customer may select a replacement from products currently available on our website or request a refund. A replacement is confirmed only after we verify its price, stock and applicable terms.

Previous payments become order credit. If the replacement costs more, only the difference is due when it reaches our store or is ready to ship. If it costs less, we arrange a refund of the difference through LINE Official. No further payment slip is required when the credit already covers the replacement and delivery charge.

If the replacement is a different order type, its terms, waiting period and ETA replace those of the original item. The confirmation email will show the new item, ETA, payment credit and any remaining or refundable difference. ETAs remain estimates and may change.

Refunds & Security

Refunds and price-difference refunds are coordinated only through LINE Official @shanefunko. We may request the bank name, account name and account number or PromptPay identifier required for the transfer. We never request passwords, PINs, OTPs or app installation. After processing a refund, we update the order status and send a confirmation email. These terms do not restrict rights provided by applicable consumer protection law.
